Radiant Tube Heaters from Heatstar AG® deliver low-intensity, gentle heat to evenly distribute heat to the floor which, in turn, heats the surrounding air. Even heat is the key to providing a comfortable space where broilers can eat, drink, and grow. Their comfort level directly effects the feed to conversion ratio. This means that the more comfortable your birds are, the better they will grow and increase your return on investment.

JET Tube Heater Systems

The JET™ radiant tube heater system was designed to provide superior heating with an even floor heat pattern. JET™ heaters use a burner with a 10-ft (3.05 meter) jet-like flame combined with a unique 25-ft (7.62meter) or 20-ft (6.10 meter) tube system to provide strong, even heat across the poultry house floor. Designed for ease of use, the burner box has an easy access panel, the gasket lined burner manages dust and reduces maintenance, while the operating and power lights are easily visible from the ground.

Unit Heaters

The HeatStar® AG Forced Air Unit Heater is efficient and effective convection heat for the non-livestock areas of your buildings. It comes set for natural gas but includes a propane conversion kit. With easy installation and simple operation, you'll be up and running in no time. We have a range of BTUs from 50,000 to our larger Big Boxx options topping at 400,000 BTU which can heat up to 13,400 sq ft. The standards sizes allow for installation with low profiles and 1-in clearance.

Optimizer™ Reflector

The Optimizer™ reflector coupled with the JET™ burner spreads out the radiant energy better than any standard style reflector, which eliminates the hot spot or "dehydration zone" directly below the heater. The asymmetrical design creates symmetrical heat at the floor even when it is hung off center, and provides an EZ clean surface. We also offer unit heaters, vent free heaters, and electric heaters to provide comfort in egg rooms and other areas of your barn as well.

Advantages:

• Shorten cold gaps between heaters up to 53%

The HeatStar® COMFORTER Tube Heater systems utilize infrared technology to strategically direct radiant heat to the ground level cost effectively keeping stock at the desired, comfortable temperatures.
